Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer copyright.

Reproduce or redistribute artwork in any form
Use artwork for commercial purposes
Sell or reproduce designs on merchandise
Mint or use artwork as NFTs
Claim artwork as your own creation
All rights remain with Twispodge / Laura Marie Doore.
Commissions
Commission work is created specifically for the client
A non-refundable deposit may be required
Work will begin once details and payment are confirmed
Significant changes after approval may incur additional fees
We reserve the right to display completed commissions unless agreed otherwise
Payments
Payment must be completed in full (or as agreed for commissions) before dispatch or delivery.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect loss or damage arising from use or display of artwork once delivered.
Returns & Refunds
Original artwork
All original artworks are final sale due to their unique nature. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.
Prints
Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
They are unused
In original packaging
In resellable condition
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
Commissions
Commissioned work is non-refundable once work has started. Deposits are non-refundable.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
